self-growth 101
Self-growth is very important in everyday life, let me teach you how to tap into your potential:
There will be no more screw-ups. STOP This SELF-SABOTAGE! You deserve happiness; if you tell yourself differently, you are misleading yourself. your greatest opponent is you; you have the power to do phenomenal things in your life, but you sabotage your own potential because you are afraid, stop being afraid of what could go wrong and think of all the things that can go right. LET GO OF YOUR GUILT. Guilt can either stop you from growing or reveal to you what you need to see There will be no more standing back and waiting for anything to happen. Walk AWAY FROM THE DARKNESS AND FIGHT YOUR DEMONS, be your own light in the pitch black. FIND YOUR SWORD IN THE MUD, AND CONTINUE THE FIGHT. ACT IMMEDIATELY AND LIVE LIFE WITH PURPOSE. stop making things harder for yourself because you're afraid of what could happen, stop trying so hard to self-sabotage. you are deserving of so much in this life and the next.
Individuals pass through like seasons. It's whether you're committed to accompanying them through the changing seasons, watching their leaves shed, buds emerge, and finally, watching their leaves flourish and grow. once the leaves begin to develop, you know you're on the right track. Only those who stay for those changing seasons are deserving of resting in the shadow of your leaves. people make mistakes, but once you realize what mistake you made it's up to you to decide whether you want to make that change and grow, or keep making that same mistake over and over again not learning and growing. Take my advice, always choose growth, no matter what others say or whom you would hurt. You matter. your internal growth matters. Read that again.
Our biggest enemy is our own self, that we really can achieve extraordinary things in our lives, but we sabotage our greatness because of our fear.
sometimes you don’t even know there’s a part of you that’s still hurt until something comes along that forces you to become aware of it, forcing you to deal with it. That’s where you heal the most.
Get on my level of self-growth, put down your ideas on why you want and need this change, go deep into your poisonous habits, battle it from the source, and find out what has to be fixed and how to repair it. Build yourself a better version of yourself. BREAK IT DOWN. Consider why you require this change, and then become the change. Acknowledge what has to be changed and make the necessary changes. Remove the fingers that are keeping your previous doors open. let go. Keeping those doors open will bring you misery. Yet, once they are completely closed, you will be able to focus on greater and better plans for yourself.
